The warranty does not cover accidental damage, impact, improper use, alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, natural wear over time, or loss of the jewellery.

Rubielle Moissanite pieces are accompanied by our dual-certification process.

The GRA certificate records the stated gemmological characteristics of the moissanite, including its technical specifications and an individual identification number where applicable.

Each qualifying piece also receives a Rubielle London Certification (RLC), issued by Rubielle London to confirm that the gemstone and jewellery have been supplied in accordance with our own quality standards.

Together, these certificates provide an additional record of the identity and specifications of each Rubielle Moissanite piece.

Jewellery featuring natural gemstones is accompanied by a Rubielle London Provenance Certificate where an independent laboratory report is not supplied.

These reports provide technical information relating to the gemstone and its assessed characteristics.
