These terms govern your use of the Rubielle London website and the purchase of products from us

Terms & Conditions

1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rubielle London website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Rubielle London is a fine jewellery house based in the United Kingdom. All references to “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Rubielle London.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information and use the website in compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur due to photography, lighting or screen settings. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase; orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. We accept the major payment methods available through our checkout provider.

5. Order acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues.

6. Shipping & delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays. Rubielle London is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. To be eligible, pieces must be unworn and in original condition, returned within the specified period, and complete with their certificate and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds are processed once the returned piece has been inspected and approved. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Lifetime Warranty

Our commitment to lasting excellence. Every piece in our collection is crafted to be worn and lived in. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship — and this warranty is our promise that any failure on our end will always be made right.

A) What this warranty covers. Defects in craftsmanship and materials arising under normal use, including: prong failure or loosening that causes gemstone loss; solder joint separation or structural failure of metal components; clasp or closure malfunction not caused by physical damage; setting defects that compromise gemstone security; manufacturing flaws in metal integrity, including porosity or inclusions in the casting; and plating delamination on items sold as plated, subject to fair use assessment. Warranty service includes inspection, repair, re-tipping of prongs, re-soldering, replacement of defective components with equivalent materials, and professional polishing at the time of repair.

B) What this warranty does not cover. Deterioration or damage resulting from improper use or insufficient care, including: surface scratches, scuffs and natural patina from daily use; gradual thinning of metal shanks or prongs over extended wear; natural fading or colour shift of organic gemstones over time; loss of a gemstone when a prong is visibly worn and professional re-tipping was not sought in time; and damage caused by repairs, alterations or modifications performed by a jeweller other than us.

Gemstone-specific provisions. Setting loss is covered across all gemstone types when caused by prong failure or a manufacturing defect in the setting. Diamonds and moissanite are among the hardest materials known; under normal wear, neither will chip or fracture, and damage of this nature would be the result of extraordinary force and is excluded from coverage. Natural and laboratory-grown gemstones vary in hardness and composition; natural inclusions, growth characteristics and variations in colour or clarity are inherent to the material and are not considered manufacturing defects. Colour change or deterioration in treated stones over time is not covered. Pearls and organic materials are subject to natural ageing; surface changes through normal wear are not covered. For all gemstone types, loss or damage resulting from improper care or neglect falls outside the scope of this warranty.

C) How to make a claim. Contact our team at support@rubiellelondon.com describing the issue. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your piece to our atelier. Our jewellers will assess the issue, typically within 2–10 business days of receipt. If covered, the repair is completed at no charge and returned with complimentary shipping; if not, you will receive a full assessment and a repair quote before any work begins. Proof of purchase may be requested.

D) Transferability. This warranty is issued to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to pieces purchased directly from us or through authorised retail partners.

E) Limitation of liability. Our obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective piece or component, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages.

F) Amendments. We reserve the right to amend the terms of this warranty at any time. The version in effect at the date of original purchase governs all claims arising from that purchase.

9. Jewellery care

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear and crafted to maintain their beauty for years to come. Like all fine jewellery, regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to preserve brilliance, sparkle and overall appearance. Failure to properly maintain your jewellery may affect its appearance over time and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

For pieces worn daily, we recommend cleaning approximately once per week; for pieces worn occasionally, at least once per month. Full guidance is available on our Jewellery Care page.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, logos and designs — is the property of Rubielle London and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubielle London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased item. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
