The warranty does not cover accidental damage, impact, improper use, alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, natural wear over time, or loss of the jewellery.

Rubielle Moissanite

Rubielle Moissanite pieces are accompanied by our dual-certification process.

The GRA certificate records the stated gemmological characteristics of the moissanite, including its technical specifications and an individual identification number where applicable.

Each qualifying piece also receives a Rubielle London Certification (RLC), issued by Rubielle London to confirm that the gemstone and jewellery have been supplied in accordance with our own quality standards.

Together, these certificates provide an additional record of the identity and specifications of each Rubielle Moissanite piece.

Natural Gemstones

Jewellery featuring natural gemstones is accompanied by a Rubielle London Provenance Certificate where an independent laboratory report is not supplied.

This document records the gemstone and material information associated with the piece and confirms the details of the creation as supplied by Rubielle London.

The Rubielle London Provenance Certificate is issued by Rubielle London and is not intended to replace an independent gemmological laboratory report.

Lab-Grown Gemstones

Selected pieces featuring lab-grown gemstones are accompanied by independent gemmological certification, including IGI certification where specified for the individual piece or collection.

These reports provide technical information relating to the gemstone and its assessed characteristics.
